For each product on the site there are images and a description of the details, size, color and weight.

PRICES AND CURRENCY 

Shipping rates vary depending on the country of delivery and are published on the site, payments, receipts and invoices for orders are in Euros. An invoice is issued for orders with shipping to Italy.

For the issue of this document it is necessary to enter an Italian billing address complete with tax information.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by dedicated courier with content insurance

CRYSTART.IT does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

All shipments, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.

DELIVERY TIME

CRYSTART.IT ships all over the world via UPS and DHL NIPPON EXPRESS couriers.

AVAILABLE ITEMS:

Items already available are shipped within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.

We wish to remind new customers that CRYSTART.IT can ask their bank to verify the transaction, even by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of the order.

TRACEABILITY OF THE SHIPMENT

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from CRYSTART.IT with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

DELIVERY OF THE ORDER 

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. The CRYSTART.IT packages are delivered inside two boxes, one inside the other, both with the CRYSTART print.

If for any reason one or both boxes appear tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact CRYSTART.IT at CRYSTART@gmail.com. The contents of the package are insured. The opening procedure to follow is always this:

  • Always check that there is no tampering or that the outer cardboard packaging is intact
  • In case of tampering, accept the package by signing the delivery document with the words "with reserve"
  • The reserve is allowed if the package is tampered with or has suffered shocks
  • Items travel insured, it is possible to open the reimbursement procedure even if the packaging does not have any defects but the object inside it, once opened the cartons with the guarantee seal still intact, are broken.
  • The objects and packaging in the event of a claim will always be kept
  • If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present.

If the package and / or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated in the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by CRYSTART.IT within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with CRYSTART.IT and imtherefore pledge to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund. due to the customer.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

CRYSTART.IT shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage.

RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, it will be possible to return it no later than the time limits established by law, in which case it will be necessary to make a request directly to CRYSTART.IT.

The security seal on the object must be intact and not tampered with.

Return instructions

  1. To request the return authorization it is necessary to send an email to CRYSTART.IT enter the account data or the e-mail address and the order number, highlight the order number and the items to be returned, and indicate the desired refund method. Once the procedure is completed, CRYSTART.IT will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.
  2. The return shipment made with the courier indicated by CRYSTART.IT will be charged to the customer.
  3. The communication of the return must take place within 7 days of receiving the order and taking charge no later than 3 days from the communication of the RAN.

Reimbursement

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the CRYSTART.IT warehouses and the items will be verified.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

For orders paid by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be refunded to the customer only in the event that all the items purchased are returned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

  • The SECURITY SEAL on the returned items must not be cut or broken or tampered with. Objects must not be scratched, broken, beaten, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
  • Each item must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories received with the order.
  • The items must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging.
  • Returns will be refused and returned to the customer in the event that the objects show signs of use and no financial refund will be made in any way.
  • Items must be returned in perfect condition and free of any damage, scratches or dents. If an item in the area is damaged upon delivery, please contact us to receive return instructions.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with original accessories, components and artwork. They must also be properly packaged in the same way they were received.
  • Returns must be shipped inside the CRYSTART.IT box including the self-adhesive closure on the lid. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used to ship the items.
  • In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by CRYSTART.IT, the customer is invited to immediately contact CRYSTART.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to their premises.
  • Returns authorized by CRYSTART.IT must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
  • CRYSTART.IT reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for CRYSTART.IT or requires collection at a branch of the courier itself.
  • CRYSTART.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.
  • In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
  • Any acceptance of such returns, however, entails a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the CRYSTART.IT site is excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code regarding:

a) the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

b) the supply of goods which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.

For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, CRYSTART.IT provides the consumer customer with a specific indication directly in the product sheet.

However, CRYSTART.IT has the right to accept the request for withdrawal also for goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
